How it works
Set your defaults
Enable analytic accounting on each POS configuration and choose a default cost-center distribution for the terminal, plus optional defaults per product category.
Sell as normal
Cashiers check out exactly as before — the module resolves the correct cost center behind the scenes for every line, with no extra steps at the till.
Override when needed
Back-office staff can override the cost center at the session, order, or line level for the rare sale that belongs somewhere else.
Review and report
Close the session to post the distribution to the general ledger automatically, then review cost-center performance in the built-in report or resolve any flagged exceptions.
