The problem
Cashiers work under time pressure, and if awarding points or redeeming a reward means leaving the POS screen or hunting through Settings, the loyalty program simply goes unused. Community Edition users have no access to Odoo's native loyalty tools, and third-party add-ons bury redemption in back-office menus, give no way to preview a redemption before confirming it, and force a tangle of extra module dependencies just to get started.
The solution
POS Bonus, Gift & Loyalty puts points, tiers, and gift redemption inside the checkout flow itself. Configurable earning rules calculate points automatically, cashiers and customers see the live balance right at the register, and a simulate-before-redeem wizard shows the exact remaining balance before anything is confirmed — all behind a single one-click install with no Enterprise license required.

The selected customer's current point balance and tier are loaded directly into the Point of Sale screen, no back-office lookup needed.
Auditable Point Ledger
Every earn, bonus, redemption, adjustment, and expiry is recorded as its own ledger row, giving a complete and auditable accrual history.
Automatic Point Expiration
Set a points-validity window per program; a daily scheduled action expires stale points automatically and logs the expiry in the ledger.
Loyalty ROI Analytics
A pivot and graph dashboard breaks down points issued versus redeemed by program and month, so you can see the program's return.
