How it works
Report
A driver, officer, or member of the public files the incident through a short guided form — on the road or from a desk — capturing vehicle, cause, and photos in minutes.
Triage
The incident lands in the Reported stage with its severity visible at a glance, ready for an officer to pick up from the kanban board.
Act
Officers move the incident through In Action, Rescue Sent, and Sent to Repair, adding passenger details, notes, and photos as the case develops.
Resolve
Once resolved, the reporter is notified automatically and a claim-ready PDF report is available for insurers, audits, or your own records.
