How it works
Create the movement
Open a defleet or repositioning record from the vehicle, the rental agreement, or the Operations menu, and the right fields appear automatically for that movement type.
Capture the numbers
Fill in disposition or repositioning details — cost components, branches, distance — and let the module compute totals, margin and overdue status for you.
Confirm and complete
Move the record through Confirmed to Done; completing a repositioning automatically updates the vehicle's current branch.
Review and act
Check the branch balance view and vehicle lifecycle costs to see where vehicles are piling up, running short, or costing more than they should.
