Every contract shows days-to-expiry on the report, and the wizard can filter to contracts expiring within a chosen window so renewals never sneak up.
Role-based financial access
A dedicated access group gates the financial section, so cost figures reach only the roles authorized to see them — on the wizard and on the printed report itself.
Cost-by-category, services & odometer
Optional sections break down actual spend by service category and include current odometer readings and service history for insurance and audit needs.
How it works
Set up a template
Pick a layout — Standard, Compliance, or Financial — and toggle the sections you want on by default.
Select vehicles or contracts
Open the wizard from Fleet > Vehicles or Fleet > Contracts and choose records manually, or filter by expiry window or vendor.
Review the live preview
Confirm the resolved selection, grouping, and financial summary right in the wizard before generating.
