Configure a program per POS location with spend-based rate tiers, a minimum order threshold, an optional first-order exclusion, and a validity period before rewards expire.
Bulk & Auto Enrollment
Enroll customers automatically as they qualify, or bulk-activate cashback for a filtered set of contacts straight from the partner list — no one-by-one activation.
Auditable Cashback Ledger
Every earn, redeem, expire, and adjustment is a separate ledger entry kept apart from sales revenue, so reward liability is always reportable on its own.
Server-Side Accrual & Redemption
Cashback is computed on order sync, never trusted to the browser, so earned balances are always correct and reduce the amount due on the customer's next visit.
Customer Self-Service Portal
A dedicated portal page shows each customer their current balance, cashback expiring soon, and full transaction history — no login-to-backend required.
Balance on the Receipt
The customer's running cashback balance prints right on the POS receipt, so the reward stays visible and motivating at the exact moment it matters.
Non-Cash Change Warning
Detects when a card, check, or voucher payment would produce change and shows a configurable info, warning, or block-until-acknowledged alert with a suggested alternative tender.
Change Audit & Reporting
Every warning is logged with cashier, date, and payment method, giving managers a dashboard of change frequency by tender type to spot and fix recurring problems.
Per-Customer & Per-Register Controls
A per-customer cashback toggle covers edge cases, while each POS assigns its own program and non-cash warning severity/threshold independently.
