The problem
Dental staff record which teeth a treatment applies to as free text — “upper left molar” or “tooth 26” — inside notes fields. It is slow to type, impossible to report on, and a single mistyped tooth number on a treatment plan or invoice carries clinical and financial risk.

How it works
Open a Chart
Create a dental chart and set the patient, dentist, and dentition type — adult, child, or mixed.
Click Teeth to Select
Click individual teeth or use Select All / by-quadrant shortcuts on the visual FDI chart, then toggle each tooth enabled or disabled.
Attach Operations
Open a tooth's panel and check off the operations being performed from the seeded catalog.
Confirm and Print
Confirm the chart, mark it completed, and print a PDF report summarizing every tooth, its status, and its operations.
