The problem
Repair shops need photo evidence at intake, during diagnostics, and at handover — to protect against disputes, support warranty claims, and justify quotes. Odoo's Repair and Maintenance apps track parts and status, but photos land in a generic attachment sidebar: no stage grouping, no before/after view, and no way to turn them into a customer-facing report.

Repair Order Integration
A Photos smart button and inline gallery tab on the repair order form put every image next to the job it documents, with no separate screen to open.
