How it works
Request
A requester creates a Consumption Order against a manufacturing order, work order, or project job and loads planned quantities from the BOM.
Approve
An approver reviews availability and budget, then approves or rejects the request; an optional QC checkpoint can gate it further.
Consume
The consumption manager confirms actual quantities, which deducts stock and posts the balanced CoGS journal entry automatically.
Analyze
Variance and BOM-anomaly views show where actuals diverge from plan, so standards and budgets improve over time.
