The problem
Vendor price lists arrive as spreadsheets with hundreds or thousands of rows, but Odoo's built-in import demands you already know the internal field structure and only validates the whole file at commit time — one bad row can block the entire batch. Marketplace importers stop at a single happy-path CSV upload, with no preview, no support for discounts or tiered pricing, and no record of what changed.

Upload your CSV or XLSX file as-is. The header row is read automatically and every column gets a suggested match, which you can adjust before anything is parsed.
Pre-commit colour-coded preview
Every parsed row is validated and shown before a single record is written, colour-coded by outcome, so nothing reaches supplier pricing until you approve it.
Row-level error messages
Each problem row carries a plain-language reason, such as an unknown product reference or a price that isn't a number, replacing generic all-or-nothing import failures.
Update-aware re-import
Choose whether a re-import updates matching supplier prices, skips them, or always creates new rows — recurring vendor list updates never create duplicates.
Tiered & quantity-break pricing
Import several price rows for the same vendor and product at different minimum quantities in a single pass, matching how vendors really quote volume pricing.
Discounts & global markup
Apply a per-row discount percentage plus an optional global discount or markup across the whole import, covering the way vendors quote list price minus discount.
Multi-currency vendor pricing
Accept prices in each vendor's own currency, validated against the active currencies configured in Odoo, so international suppliers import without manual conversion.
Persistent audit trail
Every import is kept forever with its parsed rows, so you can always see who imported what, when, and the old-to-new price for every updated line.
