Employees land on a summary of latest net pay plus year-to-date gross, net, and deductions — no digging through old slips to answer "how much have I earned this year?"
Server-rendered trend chart
A bar chart of the last 12 published pay periods shows gross, net, and deduction movement at a glance, rendered entirely server-side with no extra JavaScript.
Side-by-side comparison
Employees select two or three payslips and see a line-by-line comparison matrix with deltas, so a raise or a changed deduction is immediately visible.
Explained deductions
HR configures a plain-language explanation on each salary rule; employees see a tooltip next to every deduction instead of an unexplained code and amount.
Bulk & Excel download
Employees download a single PDF, a whole year as a ZIP, or export their payslip history to CSV or Excel in one click.
HR bulk publication
Publish an entire payslip batch to the portal in a single click, from either the payslip list or the pay run form, instead of releasing slips one by one.
Automatic notifications
Publishing a payslip sends the employee an email with a direct portal link, and an unread badge marks it on the portal until they open it.
Full access audit trail
Every view, download, print, and export is logged with employee, timestamp, and IP, giving HR a company-scoped, exportable audit trail for compliance.
Ownership-verified security
Every portal request is checked server-side against the logged-in employee’s own record — a portal user can only ever see and download their own published payslips.
