How it works
Generate the pass
From a delivery or receipt (or several bundled transfers), open the Generate Gate Pass wizard and review the aggregated product lines.
Confirm
Confirm the pass; returnable items are automatically flagged Pending Return and the record moves to Confirmed with full chatter tracking.
Print the Gate Copy or Office Copy; the document gets its QR code, a reprint watermark on later copies, and a first-print notification email.
Acknowledge exit
The gate operator scans the QR code or opens the kiosk page, confirming the vehicle has left; the pass moves to Acknowledged with the exit time recorded.
