Silent-refusal detection
Log every refused drop-off with a reason, and flag shops whose refusal rate crosses a configurable threshold before it becomes a dispute.

Shoppers choose a pickup point directly at website checkout; confirming the order auto-creates the linked parcel shipment with no manual re-entry.

The customer is notified automatically the moment their parcel is stored at the pickup point, so collection never depends on them checking manually.
