How it works
Open the wizard
From any asset, click Dispose to launch the guided wizard — sell, write off, or dispose part of the quantity.
Enter the details
Pick a reason, enter a sale price if selling, and set the quantity for a partial disposal; the split and gain/loss compute live.
Review the impact
Check the exact gain or loss and the journal lines that will post, with a warning if proceeds fall below book value.
Confirm & track
Post the disposal — or route it for approval above your threshold — and follow every entry in the audit log.
