Color, print, and placement composite together in the same image at once, so shoppers see the full combination they are choosing, not one attribute at a time.
Native storefront integration
The composite stage replaces the standard image carousel automatically on any product with layers; products without layers keep the normal Website/eCommerce gallery.
Drag-and-drop layer manager
A dedicated Image Layers tab on the product form lists every layer with a drag handle for z-ordering, inline thumbnails, and attribute-value mapping.
Batch image upload
Drop in several PNG files at once from the Batch Upload wizard and get one layer created per file, instead of adding layers one at a time.
Secure public image delivery
Layer images are served through Odoo's standard image route with access rights configured for anonymous shoppers, so the preview renders correctly for every visitor.
Works without variant explosion
Layers key off attribute values directly, so merchants get a full visual configurator without generating a separate product variant for every combination.
How it works
Define attributes
Set up the product's attributes and values (color, print, placement) as usual on the product template.
Upload layer images
Open the Image Layers tab and add a base image plus one transparent layer per attribute value, or batch-upload several at once.
Arrange the stack
Drag layers into the right stacking order and map each one to its attribute value directly in the list.
Publish and preview
Publish the product. Shoppers now see an accurate composite image that updates instantly as they change options.
