How it works
Browse & Add to Quote
The shopper browses quote-badged products and adds items, with variant and quantity, to a dedicated quote cart.
Submit With Details
Guest or logged in, the shopper adds delivery info, notes, and attachments, then submits and receives a reference number.
Sales Reviews & Prices
The sales team reviews the request in the backend, proposes pricing per line, and sends the quote back to the customer.
Accept & Convert
