The problem
Odoo's portal invoice list is flat and unsearchable. Once a customer accumulates more than a handful of documents, finding one by number, amount, date, or payment status becomes a scroll-and-hunt exercise — and every failed search turns into a support email asking your team to resend a PDF.
The solution
This module upgrades /my/invoices with full search, filter, sort and group capability for both customer invoices and vendor bills. Portal users find the exact document they need in seconds, then pay, download or export it — all without contacting your team.

Search by invoice/bill number, customer or vendor name, product, or reference — scoped to one field or across all of them at once.
Invoices & bills in one place
One module covers both customer invoices and vendor bills, with a one-click scope toggle between Invoices, Bills, and All.
Payment-status & quick filters
Filter by Paid, Partial, Unpaid, or Overdue, plus one-click quick links to the documents that need attention most.
Amount range slider
Isolate large or small documents with a dual-handle amount slider that stays in sync with min/max number inputs.
Date presets & custom range
Jump to Today, This/Last Week, This/Last Month, or This/Last Year with one click, or set a custom from/to range for any period.
Sort & group results
Sort by date, amount, or status, and group results by document type, partner, payment status, or month for a scannable, organised list.
Quick-pay from search results
Every payable invoice shows a Pay button using your existing Odoo payment providers — no need to open the document first.
Bulk PDF download & CSV export
Select several results and download them as a single PDF ZIP, or export the filtered list to CSV for reconciliation — both optionally gated by an admin toggle.
Saved filters & search history
Save any search as a named filter for one-click reuse, and pick up recent search terms from a built-in suggestion list.
How it works
Open Invoices & Bills
The customer or vendor logs into the portal and opens the existing My Invoices & Bills page — no new menu to learn.
Search & filter
They type a number, partner, or product, then narrow with payment-status, date, amount, or scope filters — sorting and grouping the results instantly.
Act on results
From the filtered list they pay an open invoice, download selected documents as a PDF ZIP, or export the set to CSV.
Save for next time
A useful search — like “unpaid this quarter” — is saved as a named filter and reapplied in one click on a future visit.
