Open the document
Open any sales order, purchase order, invoice, bill or transfer and see an instant authorization and status indicator.
Launch the guided wizard
Click Edit Sequence Number, or select several records and use the bulk action, to open the current-to-new preview.
Validate and confirm
The wizard checks for duplicates and gaps, shows a compliance warning if needed, and asks for a reason before saving.
Review the audit trail
The change is recorded immediately in the searchable Change History log for future review or audit.
