Landed cost integration for purchases
Purchase surcharges flagged for valuation create a draft Landed Cost in one click, so freight and duty flow into product cost the same way Odoo already values inbound receipts.
Approval workflow and pending badge
Charge types can require manager approval above a configurable threshold; a document cannot confirm with an unapproved surcharge, and a pending-charge badge keeps nothing silently unresolved.
Reporting, comparison and pricelist display
Pivot and graph every surcharge by customer, vendor, product, type or source, compare order-side and invoice-side charges side by side, and show pricelist-driven surcharges with a clear label instead of a bare negative discount.
