Configure multiple reminder waves before a task's due date (for example 3 and 1 days before) so assignees have real time to act instead of a single last-minute email.
Overdue reminders & escalation
Reminders keep firing after the deadline passes. Waves marked to escalate automatically add the project manager and task creator, so persistent slippage gets more visibility, not the same weak email.
Presets: Early, Standard, Aggressive
Pick a named intensity per project or per task, or build a custom preset with its own wave lines. Configuration lives in user-facing screens, not Technical settings.
Email and in-app delivery
Every reminder is sent by email and posted to the recipient's Discuss inbox at the same time, so a missed or filtered email is never a missed reminder.
Do-not-disturb hours & daily cap
Set do-not-disturb hours and a per-day reminder cap so alerts land only during working hours and never turn into notification fatigue.
Personal My Reminders queue
A login-visible kanban queue lists each user's own reminders grouped by type, with one-click snooze (1 hour, 1 day, or 1 week) and dismiss.
Priority-based urgency
Higher-priority tasks are reminded earlier automatically, so critical work gets proportionate urgency instead of the same cadence as routine tasks.
Full reminder audit log
Every reminder sent, snoozed, or dismissed is logged on the task with its type, channel, and recipient — a permanent, filterable audit trail.
SLA on-time performance dashboard
A dedicated report shows on-time versus late completion by project and assignee, with overdue-day counts, turning reminder data into a performance signal leadership can act on.
