Incident reporting and escalation
Guards log incidents by category and severity with a photo and shift handover notes; incidents move through new, investigating, escalated, resolved and closed, with a printable incident report.
Contracts generated from sales orders
Add security service lines to a sales order and confirming it auto-generates the governing contract, with the sales order linked back to it for full traceability.
Recurring billing with schedule preview
Weekly, monthly or annual contract periods compute the recurring amount automatically, preview the full invoice schedule before you commit, and generate invoices on demand with one-click renewal that auto-increments the date range.
Job costing, margin and SLA tracking
Optional job costing lines track planned versus actual cost per contract with a budget-overrun alert, margin is calculated automatically, SLA coverage hours are measured against target, and a rate-benchmark warning flags a contract priced below your floor.
Customer self-service portal
Clients sign in to their own portal to see a live count and list of their security contracts, right alongside the rest of their Odoo portal documents.
