Every price and quantity observation from sale and purchase order lines is captured into one model, so a single view answers both how a product was sold and how it was bought.
Inline on the Order Line
A history button on every sale and purchase order line opens that product's price history filtered to the current customer or vendor, without leaving the order.
Amendment Audit Trail
Every price change on a confirmed line is recorded as an amendment with the previous price, the delta, and a captured reason, so changes stay traceable after the fact.
Margin on Every Sale
Each sale observation stores the product cost at capture time and computes margin and margin percent automatically, turning price history into a margin-discipline tool.
Outlier Flagging
Prices that deviate markedly from a product's peer average are flagged automatically, so unusually high or low prices are visible before they are quoted or approved.
