How it works
Request
A customer browses the website sample catalog or a rep creates a request in the backend, selecting products and quantities.
Approve
A sample manager reviews the request in the To Approve queue; approving it reserves stock from the dedicated Sample Stock location.
Ship
The reserved delivery is validated from the Sample Delivery operation type, marking the request Shipped with the exact quantities delivered.
Convert & Measure
The customer tracks status on their portal; when they are ready to buy, one click converts the sample into a paid sales order for ROI reporting.
