Wallet payments, refunds, and recharges all work offline and sync automatically, while a hard-block overpayment guard, signed credit/debit ledger, and per-customer PDF statement keep the books defensible — all set up through one guided settings panel.

Prepaid Wallet Balance
Every customer gets a persistent stored balance, visible on their contact record and inside the POS session, so cashiers always see what a customer can spend.
Wallet Payment Method
Wallet appears as a standard POS payment method at checkout, so cashiers charge a sale to the customer's balance in the same flow as cash or card.
In-Session Recharge
A dedicated Recharge button on the product screen lets operators top up a customer's wallet mid-session, without leaving the register or hunting for a wallet ID.
Overpayment Prevention
Wallet debits are blocked once the balance is used up, with an optional manager override for POS configs that need to allow a negative balance.
Refund to Wallet
Refunded amounts can be credited straight back to the customer's wallet balance instead of cash, keeping customer-service returns simple to reconcile.
Split Payment Support
Wallet balance combines with cash or card in the same order, so a partial balance still gets used instead of blocking the sale.
Full Credit/Debit Ledger
Every recharge, payment, refund, and adjustment is logged with a signed amount and a balance snapshot, giving bookkeepers a complete, filterable audit trail.
Offline-First Operation
Wallet balance loads into the POS at session start and every recharge or payment keeps working with no connection, syncing to the ledger automatically once the register reconnects.

Generate a per-customer PDF wallet statement for reconciliation, and optionally send customizable email notifications whenever a wallet is recharged or spent.
How it works
Enable the wallet
Configure the recharge product, optional max recharge, and overpayment policy once in POS Settings.
Recharge a customer
Select the customer at the register and tap Recharge to add funds in the current session.
Pay with wallet
Choose Customer Wallet at checkout; the cashier confirms the charge and balance before it is applied.
Reconcile the ledger
Review the signed transaction ledger and print a per-customer PDF statement for bookkeeping.
