The problem
Odoo's standard POS shows session totals on screen but produces no formatted, archivable X or Z report. Cashiers reconcile cash by hand at the busiest moment of the day, and owners have no consistent audit trail to hand to their accountant or tax authority — especially across multiple registers or outlets.

Close out a session with a statutory Z-Report that finalizes cash-control totals: opening cash, cash payments, expected vs. counted cash, and the difference.
Print-Ready PDF
Every report prints as a branded QWeb document with a totals summary, payment-method breakdown, and tax breakdown — ready to file or hand to an auditor.
Full Report Archive
Every X and Z Report is stored as a sequentially numbered record (XZ/00001, XZ/00002...) with a searchable list, so shift history is never lost.
