The problem
Every transaction at a busy counter repeats the same steps: open the payment screen, pick a method, key or confirm the amount, then validate. Multiplied across hundreds of orders a shift, that friction becomes longer queues, tired cashiers, and slower turnover — especially where most payments are cash or a single card terminal.
The solution
Cerevantix POS Quick Payment adds unlimited, fully customizable one-tap buttons to the payment screen. Each button posts to the right payment method and amount, can validate the order automatically, and can require a confirmation tap first — so cashiers move faster without a wrong-tender accident.

Unlimited Quick-Payment Buttons
Add as many one-tap payment buttons as your counter needs — no hard cap of three like most quick-pay apps. Configure them once per Point of Sale.
Any Payment Method, One Tap
Assign cash, card, wallet, or pay-later to each button. A single flow covers every tender your counter accepts instead of a cash-only shortcut.
Exact-Due or Fixed Amounts
Set a button to pay the full remaining balance in one tap, or preset a fixed tender amount such as a common note or card total.
Validate on Click
Turn on validate-on-click so tapping a button both adds the payment and finalizes the order in a single action — the core speed win at checkout.
Confirmation Safety Modal
Require a confirmation tap before finalizing, per button or as a Point of Sale default, so an accidental tap never posts the wrong tender.
Positive-Value & Empty-Order Guards
Fixed amounts must be positive and an empty order can never be validated, enforced both at the payment screen and with a database-level safety check.
Visual Customization
Give each button its own color, FontAwesome icon, label, and position in the grid, so cashiers recognize the right button at a glance on a busy touchscreen.
Per-POS Enable & Assignment
Turn quick payment on or off per Point of Sale and assign specific buttons to specific registers from the POS settings page, or leave a button unassigned to show it everywhere.
Usage Analytics
Every quick payment is stamped on the order so each button tracks times used and total collected, with a graph and pivot report to see which buttons earn their place.
