The problem
Native Odoo POS shows only one image per product. Garments have front, back, and detail views; furniture has multiple angles; jewelry needs close-ups. When a customer asks "does it come in another angle?", staff turn their screen around awkwardly or lose the sale to uncertainty.

Attach a named, ordered set of images to every product, then open a polished gallery dialog right inside the POS: carousel navigation, a thumbnail strip, zoom and pan, and a full-screen mode — the real gallery experience competitors never built.

Carousel with thumbnail strip
Prev/next arrows plus a thumbnail strip let staff jump straight to the relevant view instead of clicking through images one by one.
Zoom and pan
Click or pinch to zoom in and pan across a detail image — ideal for jewelry, textiles, and any product where fine detail closes the sale.
Full-screen viewing mode
Expand any image to fill the screen so a customer standing at the counter can see it clearly, without squinting at a small modal.
Drag-and-drop reordering
Set image order visually from the product form instead of typing sequence numbers, so the most useful image always appears first.
Named, inline image management
A dedicated "POS Images" tab on the product form lets you add and label images inline — "Front", "Back", "Detail" — right where you manage the product.
Per-store toggle and image cap
Enable the gallery per Point of Sale and set a configurable maximum image count per product, right from POS Settings.
One-tap access at the till
A "View images" button in the Product Info popup, plus a gallery badge on product cards with more than one image, so staff always know where to look.
Keyboard and touch navigation
Arrow keys, zoom shortcuts, and touch swipe make the gallery just as fast on a keyboard-driven till or a POS tablet.
Lazy-loaded, fast gallery
Only lightweight image metadata loads at POS boot; full images and thumbnails load on demand with a visible loading indicator, keeping the till fast.
How it works
Add named images
Open the product form's "POS Images" tab and add as many images as you need, labeling and drag-reordering them.
Turn on the gallery
In POS Settings, enable the multi-image gallery for the store and set the maximum images shown per product.
Open it at the till
During a sale, staff tap "View images" in the Product Info popup or the gallery badge on the product card.
Browse, then sell
Customers see every angle through the carousel, thumbnails, and zoom, then checkout continues as normal.
