The problem
Standard Odoo POS receipts print in a single interface language, so a cashier working in English hands an Arabic-speaking customer a ticket they cannot verify. In bilingual and tourist-heavy markets that is not just inconvenient — it undermines trust at the register, and every existing app forces staff to pick a language by hand on every single sale.
The solution
This module prints both languages on one ticket automatically, defaulting to the customer's own language and translating product names — not just labels. A one-tap popup lets the cashier override for a walk-in, and the choice can be saved back to the customer for next time. Full RTL rendering makes Arabic receipts genuinely readable.

Dual-language printing
Print the interface language and a configurable secondary language on the same receipt, so every customer walks away with a ticket they can read.
Single-language mode
Prefer one language only? Switch to interface-only or secondary-only printing with a single toggle in the POS configuration.
Automatic language selection
The receipt language defaults to the customer's own language field, so staff do not have to choose on every transaction.
One-tap manual override
A popup on the receipt screen lets the cashier switch to Both, Interface, or any installed language in a single tap for walk-ins and mixed groups.
Save language to customer
Check one box in the override popup to save the chosen language back to the customer record, so it is automatic on their next visit.
Translated product names
Product names print in the selected language using Odoo's own translations, not just static headers and totals.
Full RTL and Arabic support
The secondary-language block renders right-to-left automatically for Arabic and other RTL languages, with correct fonts and layout.
Customer name and phone
Optionally print the customer's name and phone number on the receipt for a more personal, traceable ticket.
Custom QR code
Add a configurable QR code — for a review link, contact card, or reference URL — to every printed receipt.
