The problem
Event organizers who sell tickets at the door juggle two disconnected systems: a back-office event record and a bare-bones POS product. Staff cannot tell ticket tiers apart, cannot stop sales instantly when a session sells out, and have no way to scan attendees in or print a working door list — so queues build up and no one has a reliable count of who actually showed up.
The solution
This module extends Odoo's native POS event selling with ticket tiers, an instant sell/stop toggle, one-tap barcode check-in at the register, a live check-in dashboard, bulk guest-list import, and a printable door list — so staff sell and check attendees in from a single screen.

Ticket Tier & VIP Classification
Classify every event ticket as Standard, VIP, or Premium. The tier shows on the event and ticket forms, on registrations, and travels through to the POS.
Instant Start/Stop Selling
Override the scheduled sales window with a manual toggle, so staff can open or close ticket sales in the POS the moment they need to.
Live Check-in Dashboard
A dedicated dashboard and a check-in progress percentage on the event form give organizers a real-time attendance count.
One-Tap POS Barcode Check-in
A Check-in control button right in the POS scans an attendee barcode and marks them present without leaving the sale screen.
Check-in Audit Trail
Every registration records exactly when it was checked in and by whom, giving organizers a reliable audit trail for each attendee.
Bulk Pre-Registration Import
A bulk import wizard loads a pre-registered guest list straight into the event, so pre-sold attendees are ready to check in alongside walk-ins.
Printable Door List Report
A one-click printable door/check-in list, grouped by tier, gives entrance staff a paper fallback whenever a screen is not enough.
Tier-Aware Search & Filters
Search filters for Checked-in / Not Checked-in and a group-by Tier make it fast to find any attendee in a large registration list.

Enable the Event Check-in control button and set a default event customer per POS register, right from POS Settings.
