The problem
Cashiers see the full catalog even when items are out of stock, excluded by pricelist, or out of trackable lots. That leads to mid-transaction cancellations, oversells that inventory has to correct later, and slower checkout while staff double-check what is really sellable.
The solution
This app evaluates stock, pricelist eligibility, and lot/serial availability live in the POS grid, then greys out or hides each unsellable product with an on-screen reason — so the screen always matches what can actually be sold, updated automatically as the order changes.

Live stock-based hiding
Products are hidden or greyed out the moment their available quantity is exhausted, using real on-hand stock minus outgoing reservations — no manual refresh needed.
Grey-out with a custom reason
Instead of vanishing without explanation, unavailable products can stay visible, dimmed, with a configurable message so staff always know an item exists and why it can't be sold.
Multi-warehouse & location scope
Choose whether availability is measured at the POS source location or across the whole warehouse, per register, to match how each store actually stocks.
Pricelist eligibility filtering
Products with no matching pricelist rule for the active customer can be excluded from the grid, so cashiers never offer an item the customer isn't eligible to buy.
Lot & serial awareness
Lot- and serial-tracked products with no available unit are treated as unavailable, keeping the grid honest for inventory-managed sales.
Per-register configuration
Every setting — display mode, stock scope, threshold, which checks run — is configured independently per point of sale register.
Availability Diagnostic wizard
Pick a register, product, and optional customer to see exactly why a product is filtered: the failing dimension and a plain-language reason.
