Per-Item Status & Progress
Every step carries a Pending, Done, or Failed state, and the checklist shows a live 0-100% progress bar so completion status is visible at a glance.
Required-Item Enforcement
Mark any step as required. Submission for approval is blocked until every required item on the checklist is completed.

Build your library
Create reusable checklist items and assemble them into templates by maintenance type and equipment category.
Attach to a request
Apply one or more templates to a maintenance request with the Apply Checklist wizard, right from the request form.
Complete on the floor
Technicians work through each item in kiosk mode, marking Done or Failed and attaching photo evidence where required.
Approve and close
Once every required item is complete, the named approver signs off or refuses — with the decision and evidence kept for audit.
