Contracts bill recurrent, exception and one-time service lines automatically, with pro-rata calculation for mid-cycle activations and terminations so partial periods are always charged correctly.
Payment-Driven Service Control
Scheduled actions check payment status daily and automatically throttle, suspend or restore subscriber service based on invoice payment state and a configurable grace period.
Package & Plan Library
Build sellable packages from service lines with a color-coded kanban library, computed monthly pricing, and a live dependency-conflict warning that flags incompatible or missing prerequisite products.

Onboard the subscriber
Create a subscriber, pick a package and use the Service Activation wizard to generate a contract with the right lines and start date in a few clicks.
Bill on schedule
Recurring invoices generate automatically from each contract's package lines, with pro-rata handled on activation and termination, and batches you can review before posting.
Keep service in sync with payment
Daily scheduled actions check payment status and expiry, throttling or suspending service the moment a payment lapses and restoring it as soon as the account is paid.
Dispatch and bill field visits
Field orders track installation and repair work with technician timesheets and equipment, then generate the customer invoice and contractor bill once costs are approved.
