Build a product-level cost sheet for each job with quantity, unit cost and sale price. Estimated cost, sale value and remaining-to-invoice quantity are computed live as lines change.
Shop-Floor Instructions & Checklist
Dispatch step-by-step instructions to the workshop team and enforce a required quality checklist — a job cannot be marked Done while a required checklist item is still open.
Labor Timesheets
Capture hours against the job by employee, with hourly cost applied automatically. Every timesheet line mirrors into an analytic line on the job's own analytic account, so labor cost flows straight into job financials.
Material Requisitions to Purchase
Raise a material request from the job, confirm it, and generate a Purchase Order in one click — with the job's analytic distribution carried onto every purchase line automatically.
Flexible Billing Wizard
Generate a Sales Order or a Customer Invoice directly from the cost sheet, choosing per line what to bill. Ordered-vs-invoiced tracking blocks billing beyond the remaining quantity, preventing over- or under-charging.
Job-Level Financials
Every job gets its own analytic account inside a dedicated Job Cards analytic plan, so estimated cost, labor cost, material cost, invoiced revenue, margin and margin percent are all visible on the job — and roll up from sub-jobs to a parent job.
Multi-View Reporting
Analyze job cards, cost sheets, timesheets and job-level analytic lines in Pivot, Graph and List views from a dedicated Reporting menu, without leaving the app.
Teams, Categories, Types & Tags
