The problem
A guest orders room service or a drink at the bar, POS captures the sale, but the charge never reaches the room folio. At checkout the front desk either misses it outright or scrambles to reconcile receipts under pressure — and the hotel absorbs the lost revenue.
The solution
An Add Room button links any POS order to a checked-in guest's folio. Every charge posts automatically and is tracked in an audit ledger that flags anything not yet on the bill, so checkout is fast and nothing slips through.
