The problem
Grouped One2Many tables — quotation lines, invoice items, purchase lines — render every section open by default. On a record with dozens or hundreds of rows, that means endless scrolling just to review one group, with no way to collapse the noise or focus on a single section at a time.
The solution
Expand / Collapse One2Many Sections adds a chevron to every section header plus Expand-all and Collapse-all toolbar controls, so any grouped table reduces to just its headers and hidden-row counts. Collapse state is remembered per user and per record, and keyboard shortcuts let you drive it without touching the mouse.

Per-Section Collapse Toggle
Click the chevron on any section header to instantly hide or reveal its rows, without affecting the rest of the table.
Expand-All / Collapse-All Toolbar
One click opens or closes every section in the table at once, replacing the tedium of toggling headers one by one.
Keyboard Shortcuts
Alt+Shift+E expands every section and Alt+Shift+C collapses them, so power users can drive the whole interaction without leaving the keyboard.
Hidden-Row Count Badges
Every collapsed section shows a count of the rows it hides, so you always know how much is tucked away before you open it.
Per-User Persistence
Your expand and collapse choices are saved per user and restored automatically the next time you open the same record.

Choose in your user Preferences whether collapsed sections should stay collapsed the next time you visit a record.

Set every section to start collapsed by default, so long records open compact and you choose what to expand.

How it works
Open Any Grouped Record
Open a quotation, invoice, or purchase order whose lines are organised into sections.
Toggle What You Need
Click a section chevron to collapse or expand it, or use Expand-all / Collapse-all to act on the whole table.
Set Your Preferences
Choose your default collapse behavior and time-scale grouping from your user Preferences.
Pick Up Where You Left Off
Reopen the record later and your collapsed and expanded sections are exactly as you left them.
