How it works
Select Entries
Open a journal entry and click Delete Entry, or select several from the list and run the bulk Delete Entries (Governed) action.
Review & Confirm
Check the impact preview for reconciled or locked entries, choose a soft or permanent delete, enter a reason, and acknowledge the risk.
Approve (If Required)
Posted-entry deletions route to an authorized approver, who reviews the request and approves or rejects it before anything changes.
Logged & Restorable
The entry is removed and logged in the Deletion Log with full details; soft-deleted entries can be restored from there within the configured window.
