Choose whether a reply stays internal as a log note or goes out as a customer-facing message, without leaving the threaded reply flow.
Indented threading hierarchy
Replies render nested and indented beneath their parent, so branching discussions read like a structured thread instead of a flat list.
Reply-count badge & collapse
Every parent message shows a badge with its reply count, and one click collapses or expands the thread beneath it.

Toggle the Chatter to show only top-level messages, so a busy record's major events can be scanned in seconds before drilling into any thread.

Automated audit entries, such as stage changes and field tracking, are styled distinctly from genuine human discussion so the two never blur together.
