One calendar for every deadline your business runs on

Sales orders, customer invoices, vendor bills, purchase orders, POS activity and meetings — unified on one date-anchored calendar with a prioritized KPI dashboard, so nothing overdue slips through the cracks.

The problem

Meetings, sales orders, invoice due dates, purchase order receipts, vendor bill payments and daily POS activity each live in a different app with its own list and view. There is no single place to see what is happening and what is due, by day, so operations leads, controllers and store managers waste time reconstructing a timeline across Sales, Accounting, Purchase and Point of Sale.

The solution

Unified Calendar Dashboard aggregates all six flows into one date-anchored calendar and KPI dashboard. Color-coded events show status at a glance, a prioritized overdue list surfaces what needs attention first, and a one-click drill-down opens the source record — all without leaving the calendar.

Capabilities

Everything on one calendar

Every capability below is implemented in the module.

01

One calendar, six flows

Sales orders, customer invoices, vendor bills, purchase orders, POS orders and meetings all appear on a single native Odoo calendar, color-coded by type, with day, week and month views.

02

KPI dashboard at a glance

A dedicated dashboard shows six KPI cards — total events, overdue count, receivable, payable, sales and POS totals — plus a per-flow breakdown table.

03

Overdue and at-risk, first

A prioritized list surfaces overdue invoices, bills and at-risk orders ahead of everything else, with a one-click Open button that jumps straight to the source record.

04

High-density list view

A dense list view with status badges and row highlighting lets you scan dozens of records at once without the calendar grid becoming unreadable.

05

Open Source Document, in one click

Every event carries a read-only form with an Open Source Document button that drills straight into the underlying sales order, invoice, bill, purchase order, POS order or meeting.

06

Filter and group by what matters

Search and group by flow, owner, status, partner or date range, with built-in Overdue, My Records and This Month filters ready to use.

07

Multi-company aware

A company record rule scopes every event to the companies you have access to, so the unified calendar respects your existing multi-company setup out of the box.

Workflow

How it works

1

Install the app

It depends on Calendar, Sales, Purchase, Accounting and Point of Sale, so the unified event list is populated automatically from data you already have.

2

Open the dashboard

Open the Calendar Dashboard menu to see the color-coded calendar or the KPI dashboard, with overdue and at-risk items surfaced first.

3

Drill into any event

Click a day or a list row to open the read-only event form, then use Open Source Document to jump to the underlying record.

4

Filter, then act

Use search filters and group-by to focus on the flow, owner or date range you care about, then act on the original document.
