How it works
Book the appointment
Reception schedules a patient onto the calendar; therapist and room conflicts are flagged before the slot is saved.
Check in and treat
The therapist checks the patient in, reviews prior history, and logs the treatment with its consumables and before/after images.
Redeem or bill
A prepaid package session is redeemed automatically, or the visit moves to the to-invoice worklist for billing.
Review performance
Managers track revenue, package usage and therapist productivity, while reception keeps the waitlist filled.
