Create a delivery or collection job by hand, or use the bulk-create wizard to generate a matched pair for a rental agreement with customer and address already filled.
Assign a driver
Assign one job at a time or use the bulk driver-assignment wizard for several at once; the form warns you immediately if the driver is already booked.
Execute & confirm
Confirm the job, follow the map preview to the address, confirm the customer was present, and record the actual mileage and duration.
Review efficiency
Mark the job Done or Failed Appointment, then review estimated-versus-actual distance and duration by driver in the analysis graph and pivot views.
