Every order line shows whether its price came from a contract, a volume tier, or the list price, plus the resulting unit margin and margin percent — rolled up on the order header too.
Fast bulk order entry
Build or extend a large order from one wizard: add product and quantity rows, see the resolved price and source live, then create the order or append the lines to an existing quotation.
Wholesale customer management
Flag any partner as a wholesale customer, assign a Bronze, Silver, or Gold tier and credit limit, and jump straight to their contracts from a smart button on the partner form.
Contract lifecycle with auto-expiry
Contracts move through Draft, Active, and Expired with explicit activate and expire actions, and a daily automation expires contracts past their end date so stale pricing never applies.
Stock-aware order confirmation
A non-blocking banner on the order form flags when lines are fully available, partially available, or unavailable across warehouses — so a big order never silently strands another customer's stock.
Answer-oriented wholesale analytics
A dedicated sales analysis report answers the questions distributors actually ask: margin by customer, tier profitability, and stock velocity by warehouse, in pivot, graph, or list view.
Self-service B2B portal
Wholesale customers log in to see their tier and negotiated prices for every product, without contacting a rep — turning the portal into a real order-deflection channel.
One-click reordering
Customers reorder directly from their own confirmed order history. A single action creates a fresh draft order with current pricing applied, ready to review and submit.
