The problem
Confirming quotations in Odoo is a one-at-a-time click. After an overnight import, an EDI sync, or a trade-show lead upload, order clerks are left opening 50-200 quotations individually just to move them into the sales pipeline. Most third-party bulk-confirm apps fire immediately with no safeguard, break on mixed selections, or tell you nothing about what actually happened.
The solution
Select any number of orders in the Sales list, open Actions, and pick Confirm, Cancel, or Revert to Quotation. A single dialog shows exactly how many orders will be acted on and how many will be skipped — and why — before you commit, lets you opt in to a customer confirmation email with the order PDF attached, and reports a clear confirmed / skipped / failed summary once it is done.

Bulk confirm from the list view
Select any number of quotations in the Sales list and confirm them all in one action — no opening records one by one.
Guardrail preview dialog
Before anything happens, see exactly how many orders will be acted on — "You are about to confirm N order(s)" — so a mis-selection is caught before it does damage.
Smart mixed-selection filtering
Already-confirmed, cancelled, or locked orders in the same selection are silently skipped with a plain-language reason — never a hard error.
Post-batch result summary
After processing, see exactly how many orders were confirmed, how many were skipped and why, and how many failed — no guessing whether the batch fully worked.
Optional customer email with PDF
Opt in to notify each customer their order is confirmed, with the order PDF attached automatically, using a customizable email template.
Obvious opt-in email toggle
A clear checkbox in the guardrail dialog decides whether customers are notified — never a hidden setting, never an accidental email blast.
Bulk cancel with state validation
Cancel a batch of quotations or sales orders in one action; already cancelled or locked orders are skipped with a clear reason instead of raising an error.
Revert to quotation, safely
Undo a mistaken batch by reverting freshly confirmed orders back to draft — orders with a posted invoice or that are locked are skipped to protect data integrity.
Multi-company correct processing
Each order is processed under its own company, and one failure in a batch never aborts the rest — built for shared, multi-company databases and large batches alike.
How it works
Select orders
Check any number of rows in the Sales quotations or orders list — mixed states are fine.
Pick an action
Open the Actions menu and choose Confirm Orders, Cancel Orders, or Revert to Quotation.
Review and confirm
Check the live preview, toggle the customer email if wanted, then click Apply.
Read the summary
See exactly how many orders were processed, skipped, or failed — and why.
