How it works
Configure
Turn on audiences, set the lead time, send hour, and discount rules under Settings, and send yourself a test greeting.
Capture
Customers add their birthday on the portal "My Birthday" page, while employee and contact dates come straight from their existing Odoo profile.
Automate
A daily scheduled job finds today's (or upcoming, per lead time) birthdays and sends the branded greeting, with a discount coupon attached when enabled.
Track
Every send lands in the delivery log with its status, while the Upcoming Birthdays dashboard and systray widget keep the whole team informed.
