Every inventory user can see and act on every operation type by default, regardless of role, warehouse or team. How it works
Turn on restriction
Enable "Restrict to Assigned Users" on any operation type from its form or the Operation Types list.
Assign or template-grant
Add users directly, or apply a role template and the bulk-grant wizard to cover a whole team at once.
Scope and schedule
Set the warehouse, access level — operate or view-only — and an optional expiry date for each grant.
Monitor and audit
Check the coverage dashboard for gaps, review the chatter trail, and export the access report for review.
