The problem
Adding dozens or hundreds of stock move lines to a transfer one by one is slow and error-prone, especially when the data already exists in a spreadsheet from a supplier, a legacy WMS, or a bulk receipt. Odoo only reports the most common failure — a line whose source location does not match the transfer — after you have already entered the data, forcing you to unwind your work.
The solution
This wizard parses your CSV or Excel file, previews every row, and runs a pre-flight check against Odoo's own transfer rules before anything is committed. Rows that fail show exactly why, you can correct and re-validate them in place, and once ready the valid rows become draft stock moves on an existing or newly created transfer — with one-click rollback if you need to undo the import.

Products resolve by barcode, internal reference or name, and lot- or serial-tracked products are matched to existing lots or flagged for creation, with serial rows enforced to a quantity of one.

Reusable Mapping Templates
Save a file's column mapping as a named template once, then reuse it for every recurring supplier or workflow file without re-configuring columns again.
