The problem
Once a sales order is confirmed, Odoo scatters fulfillment status across delivery orders, the Inventory app, and individual order lines. There is no single screen that answers what every sales manager and warehouse supervisor asks daily: what did we commit to that has not shipped, how much of it, and what is it worth? Teams fall back on manual spreadsheets that are slow, error-prone, and stale by the time they are compiled.
The solution
Sales Order Undelivered adds two fast, read-only boards built on PostgreSQL views: Undelivered Orders for operations and sales, and Shipped, Not Invoiced for finance. Both load in sub-second time, support grouping, filtering, and drill-down to the source order, and export straight to Excel, CSV, or PDF — no spreadsheets, no waiting.

One-Click Undelivered View
A dedicated Undelivered menu under Sales opens every confirmed order line still waiting to ship — no digging through deliveries or inventory screens.
Automatic Noise Filtering
Only confirmed lines with pending quantity greater than zero appear. Down payments, section and note lines, and lines without a product are excluded automatically.
Pending Quantity & Value
Every line shows ordered qty minus delivered qty, plus the prorated value still tied up in the unshipped commitment — the forecasting signal most reports skip.
Curated, Non-Scrolling Columns
A default column set sized for a single screen, with additional financial columns (invoiced qty, unit price, tax, discount, totals) available on demand.
Drill-Down to the Source Order
Click any line to open a read-only detail form with an Open Sales Order button that jumps straight to the underlying order and customer.
Group By and Date Filters
Group by customer, product, order, or salesperson, and filter by order date with This Month, This Quarter, and This Year presets plus a custom range.
Shipped, Not Invoiced (Finance View)
A dedicated board for goods already delivered but not yet invoiced, with shipped-not-invoiced quantity and value — the revenue-recognition view finance needs.
Built-In Export & PDF Report
Export any filtered, grouped view to Excel or CSV with Odoo’s native list export, or print a summary PDF report with a total row for management review.
Fast and Fully Read-Only
Both boards run on PostgreSQL views for sub-second performance on large order volumes, and never write data, generate stock moves, or touch your orders.
How it works
Open Undelivered Orders
From the Sales app, click Undelivered to see every confirmed line still waiting to ship, sorted by delivery date.
Filter and Group
Narrow by customer, product, or order date, and group results to spot where pending value is concentrated.
Drill Down or Switch Views
Open any line to jump to its sales order, or switch to Shipped, Not Invoiced to see what finance still needs to bill.
Export or Print
Export the current view to Excel or CSV, or print the PDF report for a shareable summary with totals.
