All-in true margin per line
Every quotation line shows a consolidated unit cost — standard cost plus configurable overhead and logistics rates — next to the resulting true margin and true margin percent.
Color-coded margin status
Each line and order is automatically flagged On Target, Below Target, or Below Floor against your configured targets, with matching row colors in the order form and the profitability report.
Order-level margin rollup
Total cost and true margin roll up to the order, with a below-floor alert banner on the sales order form the moment a confirmed line falls under your configured margin floor.
Point-of-quote margin check
A Simulate Discount button on the sales order opens a one-click margin check, so a rep can confirm a deal is still profitable before committing to a discount — not after the order has shipped.
What-if discount simulator
Pick a product, quantity and proposed discount to instantly see the resulting net price, revenue, cost, margin and margin percent, plus a clear profit-or-loss verdict.
Margin-floor guardrail
