Native Odoo only creates a project task automatically when an order line carries a service product configured for project tracking. The moment a deliverable is a consumable, a stockable good, or a mixed bundle, coordinators re-key the work into the Project app by hand — retyping the customer, the order reference, the description and the deadline, and losing the link back to what was actually sold.
