Preview Before You Commit
Every Bulk Duplicate run shows a full preview of the orders that will be created — vendor, lines, and totals — before a single record is saved.
Selective Reset Controls
Choose how many copies to create per order, and toggle whether to copy lines, reset dates, reset pricing, or keep new copies in draft — so duplicates arrive in a sensible starting state.
Near-Duplicate Warnings

How it works
Select orders
From the Purchase RFQ list, select the orders you want to duplicate or merge.
Choose an action
Pick Bulk Duplicate or Merge Orders from the list view's Actions menu.
Review the preview
Adjust reset options or template, review the live preview and any near-duplicate warnings, then confirm.
Track the result
New or merged orders are created instantly, and the operation is recorded in the Duplication Log for later reference.
