The problem
Once a project grows past a handful of people, native Project makes it hard to see who owns what, how long work has been stuck in a stage, or where cost is accumulating. Managers fall back to spreadsheets and click through tasks one by one to reassign, notify, or close out work.

This module adds a structured team layer, automatic stage-duration analytics, and a one-click batch wizard on top of Project — so managers can see where work stalls and act on many tasks at once, without leaving Odoo.

Create named teams with a lead, a blended hourly cost, and a member roster with per-member roles — then assign a team to a project in one field.
Automatic team propagation
Assign a team to a project once and every task on that project inherits the same team automatically — no manual tagging per task.
Stage-duration history log
Every stage change is logged with an entry time, exit time, and computed duration — no configuration required, it just happens on every task.
Bottleneck graph & pivot analytics
See average and total time-in-stage across all tasks in a bar graph or pivot table, so the stage that is slowing delivery down is obvious at a glance.
Batch task update wizard
Select any tasks in the list view and bulk-change stage, assignees, priority, tags, or archive state — or post one message to every task's chatter — in a single action.
Reusable batch action templates
Save any batch update as a named template and reapply it to a new task selection with one click, instead of reconfiguring the same bulk change every time.
Per-task estimated cost
Each task shows an Estimated Cost computed from its allocated hours and its team's hourly rate, recalculated automatically whenever either value changes.
Stage History on every task
A dedicated Stage History tab on the task form lists every stage transition with its duration, plus a live Hours in Current Stage indicator.
Team-aware lists and search
Filter and group tasks by Project Team directly from the task list and search panel, with an optional Team column for quick scanning.
